Browsing Question Response Tables

You can use a mouse or the keyboard to browse (view) the response table to a question or recode from the Question Selection View.

To Browse A Question's Response Table

1. To highlight the question you wish to browse, choose one of the following:
   • Click once with the left button on the question or recode you wish to browse.

   • Use the UP / DOWN arrow keys to move the Selection Cursor to the question or recode you wish to browse.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • Click the right mouse button. From the right mouse menu, choose Browse.

   • Press CTRL+B.

   • Press ENTER.

   • From the Question menu, choose Browse.

The browse dialog box will appear.
