Graphing Data

To Graph Data

1. Highlight the range of data you wish to graph. Include all columns and rows of data.

Note: There is no need to include question response labels. mTAB automatically knows to associate the appropriate response labels.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • From the View menu, choose Graph.

   • Press CTRL+G.

   • Click the icon on the toolbar.

3. If more than one data type is found in the range of data selected to graph, mTAB will prompt you to choose a data type from which to graph. See: Graph Data Type.

4. mTAB will now display the Graphic Editor. The Graphics Editor provides the tools to choose a variety of graph types, and output your graph. See: Graphics Editor.
