Insert Rows / Columns

Inserts rows or columns at the current cursor location.

To Insert Columns

1. Highlight an entire column (click the column letter).

2. From the Edit Menu, choose Insert

A new column will be inserted

To Insert Rows

1. Highlight an entire row (click the column letter).

2. From the Edit Menu, choose Insert

A new column will be inserted

To Insert Rows or Columns without Selecting an entire column or row

1. From the Edit Menu, choose Insert

2. You will be prompted to Insert a Row or Column
