Range Numeric Options
Enable Zero Suppresion
When this box is checked, all zero values in the selected range will be
replaced by a character specified. By default, zero values will be replaced with
blanks. If you choose, you may replace zeros with other characters, such as a
'-'. To substitute another character for zero values, type in the substitute
character in the Character To Substitute For Zero Values box.
Display Commas Separated By Thousands
When this box is checked, all values in the selected range which exceed one
thousand, will be displayed with commas separating thousands. For example, 2300
would be displayed as 2,300.
Display As Currency
When this box is checked, all values in the selected range will be displayed
as currency. A suggested currency symbol will be displayed. You may change
this currency symbol if so desired. For example, 2300 would be displayed as $2300.
Display As Percent
When this box is checked, all values in the selected range will be displayed
as percentages.
Negative Number Display
When this box is checked, all negative values in the selected range will be
displayed with the specified character pair surrounding the value. For example,
the value -12 would be displayed as (12). You may change the specified
character pair to any pair of characters if desired.
Display Low Response
When this box is checked, all values in the selected range which fall below
the Global Low Response Threshold will be displayed as the character specified in
the Character to Flag Low Response box. For example if the character to flag
is a '*' and the threshold value is 50, then the value 40 would be displayed as
'*'.
Number of Decimal Places
This box determines the number of decimal places to be used for all values in
the selected range. For example, the value 25 would be displayed as 25.00 if
you chose 2 decimal places. mTAB rounds values to the nearest specified decimal
place.
