Removing Multiple Questions or Recodes In Sequence

Mouse

1. Click the first question or recode you wish to remove.

2. Press and hold down SHIFT while you click the last item in the list.

3. Choose one of the following:
   • Drag the selected list to the Questions Selection Panel.

   • Click the right mouse button on the selected list. From the Right Mouse Menu, choose Delete.

Keyboard

1. Use the arrows keys to move the selection cursor to the first item you wish to remove.

2. Press and hold down SHIFT while you use the arrow keys to select the items in the list.

3. Choose one of the following:
   • From the Question menu, choose Delete.

   • Press DELETE.

Tip:

You can use the above steps to remove multiple questions or recodes from consecutive topics or consecutive questions.
