Removing Multiple Questions or Recodes Not In Sequence

Mouse

1. Press and hold down CTRL while you click each item you want to be added to the selection list.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • Drag the selected list to the desired Questions Selection View Panel .

   • Click the right mouse button on the selected list. From the Right Mouse Menu, choose Delete.

Keyboard

1. Move the selection cursor to the first question or recode you want to remove.

2. Press and release SHIFT+F8.

The selection cursor will begin to blink.

3. Use the arrow keys to move to questions or recodes you want to select.

4. Press the SPACEBAR to select items.

5. Choose one of the following:
   • From the Question menu, choose Delete.

   • Press DELETE.

6. Press and release SHIFT+F8 to finish selection.

The selection cursor will return to normal.

Tip:

You can use the above steps to select multiple questions or recodes from different topics or questions.
