Selecting Multiple Questions or Recodes In Sequence

Mouse

1. Use the mouse to highlight the first item in the list.

2. Press and hold down SHIFT while you click the last item in the list.

3. Choose one of the following:
   • Drag the selected list to the desired Selection View Panel.

   • Click the right mouse button on the selected list. From the Right Mouse Menu, choose Select.

   • From the Question menu, choose Select.

Keyboard

1. Use the arrow keys to move the selection cursor to the first item in the list.

2. Press and hold down SHIFT while you use the arrow keys to select the item in the list.

3. Choose one of the following:
   • From the Question menu, choose Select.

   • Press INSERT.

Tip:

You can use the above steps to select multiple questions or recodes from consecutive topics or consecutive questions.
