Selecting One Question or Recode

Mouse

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Double-click on the question or recode you wish to select.

   • Drag the question or recode to the desired Selection View Panel.

   • Highlight the desired question or recode with the left mouse button, and then click the right mouse button. From the Right Mouse Menu, choose Select.

Keyboard

1. Use the following keys to select questions or recodes from the keyboard.

Press	To Select
UP or DOWN ARROW	A question or recode above or below the current selection
END	The last topic or question in the list.
HOME	The top of the topic list.
PAGE UP	The top of the current screen display.
PAGE DOWN	The bottom of the current screen display.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • From the Question menu, choose Select.

   • Press INSERT.
