Show / Hide Rows and Columns

The show and hide commands allow you to hide or un-hide rows and columns.

To Hide Rows or Columns

1. From the Edit Menu, choose Hide.

2. Choose to hide Rows or Columns

The row or column selected will be hidden

To Show Rows or Columns

1. Highlight the row(s) or column(s) which proceed and follow the hidden row(s) or column(s).

2. From the Edit Menu, choose Show.

3. Choose to show Rows or Columns

Any rows or columns that were hidden in the selected range of cells will be re-displayed.
