Showing Unmapped Labels

To Show Only Unmapped Labels

1. Choose one of the following:
   • From the Options menu, choose Show Only Unmapped Old Labels.

   • Click the icon on the toolbar.

The recode editor will now display only the unmapped old labels.

2. To map any of the Unmapped Labels shown, choose one of the following:
   • Use the mouse to drag the selected old label(s) to the desired new label. If multiple old labels are selected, you need only drag one of the selected labels.

   • Double-click on a selected old label.

   • Click the right mouse button, from the right mouse menu, choose Create Mapping.

   • Click the icon on the toolbar.

   • From the Edit menu, choose Create Mapping.

To Redisplay All Old Labels

1. Choose one of the following:
   • From the Options menu, choose Show Only Unmapped Old Labels.

   • Click the icon on the toolbar.

The recode editor will now redisplay all old labels and their associated mappings.
