Sort

Use the Sort command to arrange row questions, row question responses, column questions, or column responses in ascending or decending order.

There are essentially two types of sort procedures.

The first sort type sorts the responses within a question. For example, an Education question would be sorted by it's responses: Grade School, High School, College Grad, and Post-Grad.

The second sort type sorts by questions. For example, you may be analyzing the mean scores for a group of ratings questions. You can use mTAB's sort feature to sort these ratings questions from highest to lowest mean score.
