Subsetting All Responses

To Select All Responses

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Click the right mouse button, from the right mouse menu choose Select All.

   • Press SHIFT+INSERT.

A ‘plus’ sign will appear in the check box located to the left of every question response.

To Subtract All Responses

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Click the right mouse button, from the right mouse menu choose Subtract All.

   • Press SHIFT+BACKSPACE.

A ‘minus’ sign will appear in the check box located to the left of every question response.

To Unselect All Responses

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Click the right mouse button, from the right mouse menu choose Subtract All.

   • Press SHIFT+BACKSPACE.

All 'plus' and 'minus' signs will disappear.
