Selecting Multiple Old Labels In Sequence

To Highlight Old Labels In Sequence

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Click with the left mouse button on the first label in the list.

   • Use the arrow keys to move the selection cursor to the first item in the list.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • Press and hold down SHIFT while you click the last item in the list.

   • Press and hold down SHIFT while you use the arrow keys to select the item in the list.
