To Select Multiple Old Labels Not In Sequence

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Press and hold down CTRL while you click each item you want to be added to the selection list.

   • Move the selection cursor to the first question or recode you want to select. Press and release SHIFT+F8 (Selection cursor will blink). Use the arrow keys to move to labels you wish to highlight. Press the SPACEBAR to select the items.
