Modifying An Existing Style
To Modify An Existing Style
- Choose one of the following:
- Click the right mouse button. From the right mouse menu, choose Format.
- Press CTRL+F.
- From the Question menu, choose Format Styles.
- Click the
icon on the toolbar.
The Format Style Dialog will be displayed.
- Select the style you wish to modify. Note that default styles included with
mTAB for Windows cannot be modified. If you highlight a default format, the
modify button will be greyed out.
- Choose the Modify button.
The Modify Format Style Dialog will be displayed.
- Make the desired modifications to the selected style.
- Choose OK to continue.
If the modified style format options are unique, you will return to the Format
Style dialog. If a style with the same format options already exists, mTAB
will tell you the name of the duplicate style and return you to the Modify Format
Style dialog. You must then change the current format options, or use the
duplicate format indicated.
