To Subset Responses Not In Sequence

1. Choose one of the following:

Mouse

• Press and hold down CTRL while you click each response you want to be added to the selection list.

Keyboard

• Move the selection cursor to the first question or recode you wish to select.

• Press and release SHIFT+F8.

• Use the arrow keys to move to responses you wish to add to the selection list.

• Press the SPACEBAR to select items.

• Press and release SHIFT+F8 to finish keyboard selection.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • Selecting Responses

   • Subtracting Responses

   • Unselecting Responses
