To Subset Responses In Sequence

1. Choose one of the following:
   • Highlight the first response you wish to subset.

   • Use the arrows keys to move the selection cursor to the first response you wish to subset.

2. Choose one of the following:
   • Press and hold down SHIFT while you click the last response in the list.

   • Press and hold down SHIFT while you use the arrow keys to select the responses in the list.

3. Choose one of the following:
   • Selecting Responses

   • Subtracting Responses

   • Unselecting Responses
